  • Snap-On Gaskets

    Gasket over-compression because of pipe misalignments is one of the most common problems we see daily. The flanges are not parallel and therefore we squeeze the gaskets until it stops leaking. The result is a destroyed gasket. The below illustration shows how the plastic ring prevents over-compression of the elastomer. Even if we give it the extra torque above the recommended levels, the gasket is fully protected.

  • Sampling Gaskets - Validation Components

  • Pinch Valve - Single-Use Products

    The Pinch valve is made from the same glass-filled nylon as our Pharma-Clamp®. This material is extremely strong and is stable during heat exposure and mechanical load. The pinch valve has the same closing device and operational features as the Pharma Clamp®. Both have a locking device preventing unwanted opening during storage or transportation.   • Pressure Gauge - Single-Use Products

    This pressure gauge was developed specifically for Single-Use applications. It was designed so operators could see that the system was pressurized. The gauge indicates pressure. It is a mechanical device with low accuracy (±15%).
