Characteristics for Aseptic Sampling Valve
Designed for sterile sampling of liquids on pharmaceutical and High-Purity products.
→ Radial diaphragm with extremely compact design. Diaphragm closes at the inlet seat of the product port connection, eliminating the dead leg.
→ Engineered for Aseptic and High Purity Applications.
→ PTFE or Silicone and AISI 316L without asymptotic seals.
→ All versions are fully autoclavable. Removable handle available for valves equipped with SIP connection.
→ Documentation: Laser marking for traceability and validation processes. Material 3.1 certificates, FDA or USP, internal surface finishing check as standard.
→ Int. finishing: Ra ≤ 0,4 μm
→ Ext. finishing: Ra ≤ 0,8 μm Mirror Polished

Inline sanitary sampling valves are designed for sampling of liquids on pharmaceutical, chemical, F&B and cosmetics products.
It’s special design prevents deposits of particles in correspondence of the sampling hole, the valve takes the sample from the middle of the line where is installed, avoiding alteration. Used for chemical and microbiological analysis.

Powder Sampling Valve & Systems
Designed for sterile sampling of liquids on pharmaceutical and High-Purity products.
Low cost very simple Powder Sampling Valves designed to sample free flowing powders, granules and flakes from vessels, hoppers and trunking in a safe manner. These can be oered in an automatic pneumatic control box or a simple push button pneumatic manual sampling box.
All valves and control boxes are standard design but made to order and several sizes available ranging from 5 ml to 40 ml per operation. The automatic control boxes are designed to take a small sample on a frequent basis to give a composite sample into a bottle over a day’s operation. Valves and controls can be installed in hazardous areas.
